National Higher Educational Scholarship for Academic Year 2025/2026

The national higher educational scholarship shall be awarded for a full academic year (10 months). Pursuant to paragraph (1) point c) of Article 114/D of Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education (Nftv.), the scholarship’s monthly amount in 2025 shall be HUF 40 000. The national higher educational scholarship awarded for academic year 2025/2026 shall only be disbursed in academic year 2025/2026 to students specified in Section 10 paragraph (3) of Government decree 51/2007. (III.26.) who are studying in Bachelor’s, Master’s, or single-cycle programmes. 

Applications for the national higher educational scholarship may be submitted by students studying in state-funded or self-financed full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, or single-cycle programmes.

Deadline for submitting the applications:

Students can submit applications for the national higher educational scholarship for academic year 2025/2026 from 8 a.m. on 2^nd June 2025 until 8:00 a.m. on 3^rd July 2025. Applications can be submitted exclusively in Neptun, via the Neptun request form. Applications submitted after the deadline will be null and void.
