Tenders
The University's Tender Center regularly sends briefs on the current tender options, about which instructors and researchers can be notified through the Tender Group. Information on application possibilities will be sent via e-mail to the following colleagues:

In line with the 27/2008 (XII.22.) Rectorial Directive the condition of the admission of application for tenders by the University, its structural units, as well as tenders and funds handled by the University is registering the details of the tender/project in the ELTE's Electronic System for Tenders (EPER).

Faculty application of tenders
The professional arrangement of the tenders is the responsibility of the applicant. Applicants need to submit the following for applications, unless the informant of PIK or its Faculty ammendments instruct otherwise: the filled and printed form from EPER in one copy, with the signature of the supervisor, the head of the institute ( or the head of the individual department) and the Faculty's head of the economic office, countersigned budget plan in one copy, the tender form included in the call for application in more than the number of copies required by the caller (In practice this means that one copy stays at PIK, the rest is handed back to the applicant after signing if the submission of the tender is the applicant's responsibility. Thus the exact number of copies depends on how many original copies must be sent to the organization calling for application).
