The Colombian scholarship Beca Colombia is an initiative of the Colombian National Government aiming to strengthen the ties of international academic cooperation and mobility.

Beca Colombia is financed and implemented by the Colombian Institute for Technical Studies Abroad - ICETEX, for the benefit of foreign citizens  who want to pursue language or postgraduate studies in Colombia. The scholarship considers programs  for improvement of Spanish, specialization, master's and doctorate degrees.
