Environmental Science MSc

The goal of this program is to equip environmental researchers to identify and address environmental science issues related to impact assessments, environmental quality evaluation, and waste management. Graduates will be capable of participating in landscape rehabilitation, environmental and nature conservation, solving environmental issues related to energy resources, and developing eco-friendly materials and technologies at an international level. Emphasis is placed on fostering a "green chemistry" approach and familiarizing students with modern environmental technology processes.
The Environmental Science Master’s program welcomes applicants with a Bachelor’s degree who aspire to develop a comprehensive, nature- and environment-focused perspective, combined with research-oriented skills. During the admission interview, we assess not only the candidates’ foundational knowledge but also their motivation, systems thinking, ability to identify issues, knowledge of major environmental challenges, commitment to learning, and proficiency in English.
Aligning with social and labor market needs, the Environmental Science Master’s program places significant emphasis on practice-oriented training elements, while maintaining a strong academic foundation. Accordingly, graduates are prepared to participate in direct research and development tasks as well as to advance to doctoral programs.
