Dean's Advisory Board
The Dean’s Advisory Board’s task is to support the Faculty’s leadership in their work for its development with their unique experiences, progressive realizations, and helpful bits of advice.

Members of the Dean’s Advisory Board (in alphabetical order):

  • Dr. Erik Bogsch, deputy director (Richter Gedeon PLC, Biotechnology branch)
  • Dr. Péter Domokos, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, deputy director-general (Wigner Research Centre for Physics)
  • Dr. Gábor Fáth, director (Morgan Stanley Hungary Analytics Ltd.)
  • Dr. András Kotschy, director (Servier Research Institute PLC)
  • Dr. Mihály Pósfai, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Pannon University)
  • Dr. András Stipsicz, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, director (Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics)
  • Dr. Eörs Szathmáry, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, director-general (Centre for Ecological Research)

 

The Board’s task is to assist the Dean with its suggestions in the reformation and dynamization of the Faculty.

The criteria for choosing the Board’s members:

  • ELTE experience, connection
  • renown research or industrial experience (according to leading ELTE lecturers/research as well)
  • foreign experience
  • leadership experience
  • dynamism
  • honest, critical thinking
  • significant social connections, strong rootedness
