The focus of my research is the exploration of the underlying mechanisms of diseases affecting the central nervous system.  I mainly deal with diseases affecting memory (Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia). Methodological background: electrophysiology, microdialysis, HPLC analysis, proteomics.
