Theoretical Cosmology and Large-Scale Structure Formation

My research focuses on cosmological models beyond the standard ΛCDM framework, the expansion history of the Universe, and the evolution of large-scale structure. I employ analytical and numerical methods to investigate cosmological perturbations and the observable predictions of alternative cosmological models. My work involves Bayesian parameter estimation, statistical model comparison, and numerical cosmological calculations to test theoretical predictions against observational data.

Cosmic Inhomogeneities and Cosmological Expansion

My research investigates the relationship between cosmic inhomogeneities and the global expansion dynamics of the Universe. A particular focus is inhomogeneous Einstein–de Sitter cosmology, in which effective global dynamics arising from different local expansion histories offer an alternative perspective on cosmic acceleration. My research interests also include cosmological averaging, cosmic backreaction, and the connection between local expansion dynamics and observable cosmological quantities.
