Main research areas
Collaborative Platforms, Queryable Biological Databases, and Short-Term Forecasting with Machine Learning
My research focuses on bridging the gap between human-computer interaction and data-driven science. This includes the design and implementation of collaborative platforms that support data exploration and interdisciplinary research. In close collaboration with domain experts, I contribute to the creation of structured, queryable biological databases and investigate how text-to-SQL methods can enable natural language access to complex datasets. I am also interested in signal processing and machine learning techniques for short-range prequential forecasting.
