human geography

I am a human geographer, and my research fields include historical geography, the history of geographical knowledge, and urban geography. My current research focuses on the relationship between geography and the nation in Central Europe in the wake of the 1920 Trianon Peace Treaty, the history of the geography in the late 19th and early 20 centuries, and the Sovietization of Hungarian geography.
